PVP

Ashes of Creation is unique as it will be completely open to PVP anytime anywhere. We as a collective will be dependent on each other to defend our lands and trade runs and seize the opportunity to progress the guild when given the opportunity to take from others while remaining respectful and understanding that wins and losses in this world are in the very nature of it. There will not be a zero flag policy but every action you take is representative of the guild if you wear our tag.Your responsibility is to this community at the end of the day. We will always defend our own at all costs. As we continue to grow we will iron out these details in great depth, as they will be ever changing. The strict pvpers that will relish in the anguish of others and don't care about the corruption will find home within our Mercenary ranks. 

Subsidiaries of the PVP group will be broken down into targeted groups such as Node vs Node, Guild vs Guild, Asset Protection, Rapid Response, Asset Acquisition, and Mercenary. 

Shot callers will typically be the best of the PVP Houses and will have full control of pvp exchanges. A Shot Caller may not necessarily be the council member in charge of the house. Shot calling will be performance based and an expectation of excellence. We expect shot callers to have a win ratio of 75% or greater.  

The Mercenary will be a powerful tool that our guild uses unapologetically if the corruption system is favorable. These people will either be full time or alt characters that relish pvp and act on the guilds behalf to take on corruption without issue for the greater good of the guild. This will be supported and subsidized by the guild if the risk vs reward is worth it. This will be an ongoing discussion as I know other guilds intend to use this tactic.

PVE

Do you dread pvp? Is your goal to make the finest gear in the game? Would you rather hit trees than people? Do you enjoy hanging out on land farming more than conquering foes?  Unhinged is proud to say we have a home for you here.  As a well-rounded guild you will be a vital part of Unhinged. While our warriors will be important for land protection and asset protection you will be vital in making those assets and making the most of the land we take, you will be the true backbone of the guild. Caravans will need resources and destroyed assets will need to be rebuilt. The gear our warriors wear will proudly boast of your craftsmanship as they slay our foes with the weapons made by the finest artisans of our guild. Your efforts here will always be appreciated and rewarded in kind. The entire guild will work to collect resources to further your progressions so we have the best craftsmen in the game first.

If your goal is to run dungeons you equally are vital to the guild to learn the rotations and conquer the dungeons of Ashes first and protect the secrets of each boss fight mechanics to give us an edge on gearing our players first while our crafters are busy leveling up their skills. Your goals are just as important to us as our pvp goals. 

Trade

Would you drive across the entire map just see what's over there and enjoy the journey? Ready to set out to conquer the entire map and learn all the areas so we may trade for the best prices on our gatherables while also negotiating fair prices for items we need from far away? You as a trade ambassador will work diligently to compile markets and form relationships so we may trade with others in a competitive or advantageous way. Our Traders will have Guild Sanctioned trade runs that are done to progress the guilds overall needs and everyone will be asked to participate in those runs. Credit within the guild will be given to all those that attend. The guild may also sanction a run to benefit one group of individuals to progress the overall needs of the guild. This should not be viewed as favoritism as it will be clearly labeled and voted on by the council before it is put into motion. Again we are 1 guild, with 1 goal.

Naval

This will combine all aspects of the game as PVP will be wide open in the water as well as the need for trade protection. The captains of our boats will be responsible for leading safe journeys and providing transport for our traders. Traders will work to develop beneficial trade routes and work with our captains to plan and execute successful runs. 

Gathering

While this is some peoples life blood it is the bane of others existence. The Hardcore PVP crowd will be in luck as I don’t care how you acquire your X number of trees, rocks, metal ore, ect…. As long as it gets turned in to cover your part. We all have a role to play here and the more we divide it up the better it is for everyone. These contributions will be vital to maintain the strength of the guild and the overall progression. The amounts of items we need will be ever changing so look for this topic to change several times until we have ironed out all the details.

Crafting

These professions will be the core of the strength of the guild. We will actively support and monitor the progress of all our crafters. This will not only be highly profitable for you but also rewarding as your works will carry your name and shape what will be the history of our guild and the overall game for years to come. Crafting is not an option in AoC as they have put a significant amount of work into this system and have stated they crafted items will be best in slot. There will also be gear degradation and destruction so your craft will be more of a career path than a novelty as it is in many other modern MMOs.

Corruption

Ashes of Creation has made this system rather brutal from my understanding. Our PVP teams will need to monitor their corruption at all times and weigh the risk/reward of all encounters. If you become corrupt you are unable to participate with the guild as a whole. There may be uses for corrupted players or ALTs that can come do dirty work. The guild will discuss this topic once we have a better understanding of the corruption system. Your Main Character will be expected to remain incorruptible.
