High Effort, High Reward

Unhinged recognizes and rewards effort. If you're someone who is consistently available & prepared, someone who takes their assignments seriously, and etc, then you will be rewarded. There are tiers of rewards as outlined below, and these apply and are on top of the standard loot rules.

Tier One: Availability

Requirements

  • 75% availability for guild raid nights (Thursdays and Sundays at 7 PM server)
    • Based on rolling signup data for the last 4 weeks
    • Signup data collected when rosters post (Wed and Fri) - if you sign up late or we have to chase you, no credit
  • Communicate absences in advance (vacation, etc.) to stay eligible
    • e.g., Someone always signed up for both Thur and Sun but went on safari for a month, told us months in advance, received credit for both while away
  • Last minute cancellations count as not signing up for the raid
  • A no-show without a very good reason counts as immediate disqualification until it falls off the rolling attendance data

Rewards

  • Additional SR for BWL (!) for your main character and spec (3 SRs, not 2 SRs)

Tier Two

There's TWO ways to reach Tier TWO (easy to remember, eh?).

Requirements

You must meet all the requirements for Tier One, plus everything in either option 1 or option 2:

Option 1: Preparedness & Team Play

  • Perform all assignments reliably (75%+) (Spirit of the Alpha, Thunderclap, Demo Shout, Curse, Banish, Dispel, Decurse, Power Infusion, Interrupts, Suppression Room, etc.) and without constant reminders
  • Always have consumables appropriate to your class, as determined by ERT and WCL (enough for ten pulls)
    • We understand that people run out of consumables after ten+ wipes
  • Always have world buffs as verified via spot-check and WCL (minimum 5)
    • We understand that people lose world buffs due to Unfortunate Events™
  • Always enchanted appropriately for class and spec (BiS enchants for BiS gear, good enchants for good gear)
    • We understand that these are not easy requirements

Option 2: Above & Beyond

  • Extra effort above and beyond raid nights, including but not limited to:
    • Recruitment
    • Providing alts (meeting tier 1 & 2 reqs) to facilitate additional raid teams as needed
    • Providing continual ongoing help to other guild members in an extraordinary manner
    • This one is a lot more subjective, and we're aware of that. We'll be extraordinarily transparent when awarding this.

Rewards

Regardless of which option is met, the reward is:

  • A single HR for BWL for your main character and main spec
    • This item must be recognized as appropriate for your main character and main spec and approved by guild leadership
